Non-refundable. Valid for 6 months from date of issue. Valid for treatments only. Lost vouchers are not redeemable.

Courses
Must be paid in full before treatments. Must be used within 3 months. Non-transferable to another person, product or treatment.

Treatments
Please arrive a few minutes before scheduled treatment time. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so our next guest will not be delayed. If you have a medical condition and would like to discuss what treatment options are available to you please contact us, or our doctor to provide a letter of consent. Credit card or voucher bookings may be requested. Showers and disposable undergarments available.

Cancellations
Full charge for no show. Cancellation fee of 50% if given less than 24 hours notice. If 15 minutes late your appointment may be given to another client or late arrivals will unfortunately not be guaranteed a full treatment time. Please phone if delayed and where possible we will try our best to accommodate you. Group reservations require more than two days cancellation notice or full fees will be required.
